Kit maintenance and tech. Photography, Camera Operating and experiments.
I love finding and shooting with vintage lenses. Helios 44M and Minolta glass are always in my camera bag.
I also take on a role of floor manager, keeping an eye on cameras, crew and talent. I love working with new people making contributors feel at ease.
Personally, I love working and living in Salford because it’s the beating heart of new and emerging digital media. I love the unique mindset of Greater Manchester and the community with its emphasis on art and collaboration which are essential parts of the media machine. What I believe makes Badger and Combes special is the fact that there are no set defined job roles, and everybody lends a hand to each skill. This has created a multi-talented team of people who have a passion for all areas of the media skillset. Opportunities within Badger and Combes are never limited and have a constant emphasis on growth and development.
What makes the team unique is the adaptability to be as compact or adjective as needed.
This is important because it gives the team the ability to create interesting narratives which effectively connect to the audience. The opportunities presented to us through lockdown to unite Greater Manchester through digital media allows the team to have a greater understanding of the changing face of media consumption. One of my personal passions is photography and I’m always excited by the chance to experiment with new techniques and technologies. Passion is a huge driver of myself and the team which in turn creates a great working atmosphere and accompanying work ethic..
