For our many projects I drive production coordination, working with our clients to deliver our tailored services to a high standard. Managing client relationships, working the floor on set and supporting our talent pathway students to get the most out of their time with us.
As a vision mixer OB director I manage multi operated camera set ups for our projects, and have been doing so since 2016. My experience includes United We Stream, Manchester Pride, Lancashire Cricket, conferences, awards ceremonies and more.
When not directing I have a camera in my hand, pushing to capture in new ways, especially enjoying portrait photography.
I am driven by the visual art of storytelling, and I’m excited to see where my career will take me. I am thriving building my repertoire of directing multi-camera set ups, a skill I will continue to craft. One of my passions is shedding light on hidden or forgotten stories, keen to work by helping others this way
I started working with our Badger & Combes Director Colin McKevitt back in 2016 whilst in my final year at university when my eyes were wide for work experience opportunities. In the crew’s attendance for a Red Star Boxing event I was believed in, to vision mix direct the live broadcast. I could never have expected to be treated on the same level. This mentality is the foundation of Badger & Combes.
I moved home after graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in 2017 and worked in Data Protection for two and a half years before moving back to Manchester in January 2020 in pursuit of my career ambitions.
Working on United We Stream Greater Manchester during the first lockdown was a momentous experience that I am very proud to have been a part of. To have been able to dedicate my free time to the project to help so many struggling financially as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic was very rewarding.
Attending live music events, photography, supporting my team Tottenham Hotspur and seeking discomfort in my life takes up most my time outside of Badger & Combes.
